Q: Do you crate dogs?
A: It depends. We do crate dogs that are crate trained especially during the night, or for some reason needs to be separated (feeding times, overstimulated etc.).

Q: Do you accept senior dogs?
A: Yes, we have quite a few seniors in our care. There are a few forms we need to add to their intake package for liability purposes but also for immediate care if needed.
Q: What if I need to extend my day care?
A: Arrangements can be made. You may be charged for an overnight and may delay your pick -up time until following day at 8am.
Q: Do you offer refunds?
A: Yes, if the cancelation happens in the allowed window. Click HERE for terms and conditions. If a cancelation happens outside the allowed window, we do not offer refunds, we may offer credit towards a future booking if the cancelation is not in peak season. All cancelations outside the allowed window in high demand/peak season are 100% non-refundable, non-transferable (meaning, you will not get a refund or a credit for future bookings).
Q: Why do I need a deposit?
A: We are a very small business and we get requests at all times. To secure your requested time frame, we will need a deposit to lock in the request. This will close the availability for that particular spot.

A: Please contact us via phone or email as soon as you know your plans changed; we will do everything possible to accommodate your request and/or find an alternative solution.

A: All school breaks, New Year’s Day, Martin Luther King Jr. Day, Presidents Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas. For more information, click HERE.
Q: Can I book “last minute”?
A: We can try to accommodate last minute requests, but it is not a guarantee we will be able to serve you. We suggest booking in advance as soon as you are planning your trip.

A: Yes. We offer Pawsome Perks Club for all our customers and some extra perks to all our Very Important Dog (VID) members.

A: There is no extra fee, however, we may not be able to accommodate your last-minute request
Q: How long have you been doing this?
A: I grew up with dogs and have been around dogs all my life (except when I worked on cruise ships). I started to pet sit and dog sit in particular in 2013. I got extremely serious about it 2017, after countless hours of experience, classes and courses taken, and realizing the liability, the requirements, and the need of this service in our community.
