Q: Do you walk my dog daily when in your care?

A: We include ONE walk per visit, for all 3 or more consecutive overnight stays. However, you can book additional nature walks, as many as you want, at additional cost. Please click HERE for more information.

Q: What if I need to extend my day care?

A: Arrangements can be made. You may be charged for an overnight and may delay your pick -up time until following day at 8am.

Q: Do you offer refunds?

A: Yes, if the cancellation happens in the allowed window. Click HERE for terms and conditions. If a cancellation happens outside the allowed window, we do not offer refunds, we may offer credit towards a future booking if the cancellation is not in peak season. All cancellations outside the allowed window, as well as in high demand/peak season are 100% non-refundable (meaning, you will not get a refund or a credit for future bookings).

Q: Is there a last-minute booking fee involved?

A: There is no extra fee, however, we may not be able to accommodate your last-minute request.

Q: Do you offer any other perks?

A: Yes. We offer Pawsome Perks Club for all our customers and some extra perks to all our Very Important Dog (VID) members.

Q: What is the fee for giving my dog medication?

A: There is no additional fee.

Q: What if my dog does not need a walk, will you adjust my pricing?

A: We include ONE walk per stay, complimentary, therefore the answer is no.

Q: What if I need to add more days/visits to my original booking?

A: Please contact us at daryanasbackyard@gmail.com or over the phone/text as soon as you know your plans changed; we will do everything possible to accommodate your request and/or find an alternative solution.

Q: Do I need a deposit to book with you?

Q: Do you crate dogs?

A: It depends. We do crate dogs that are crate trained especially during the night, or for some reason needs to be separated (feeding times, overstimulated etc.).

Q: Do you charge extra for playtime?

A: No, we include playtime in our fees.

Q: What if I need to cancel my booking?

A: Please check our Policies HERE.

Q: Why do I need a deposit?

A: We are a very small business and we get requests at all times. To secure your requested time frame, we will need a deposit to lock in the request. This will close the availability for that particular spot.
